Over a hundred years, the school has nurtured generations of students into responsible, knowledgeable, and compassionate citizens.

So they started a small "kudippallikoodam" before independence in only through education. Our ancestors had a great foresight and vision on our village. Then the school was in Malabar district as the head office in kozhikkode. On 16th June 1926 a lower primary school was started in a traditional hut by the famous trio-Sri Kakkassery Achuthan Nair, Sri Kolani Gopalakrishnan Nair and Sri A.P Gopala pothuval in a plot just opposite to then primay health centre with a few students. The former Ottappalam Deputy Inspector Sri, K subrahmaniya Iyer sanctioned grant to the school foreseeing the progress of the whole village. The school functioned in the traditional hut for three years. After that they approached Chelanattu Kutty Krishna menon for a better place. So they owned the place where the school functions now. As a results of these three great persons foresight vision and effort the school gained remarkable progress. Later Achuthan nair handed over the management to Konthunni Menon in 1938.He was the teacher as well as the Headmaster for some years Then we got affiliation. The traditional house was re-built walls were made. Then Sri. AP Gopala pothuval who was a dedicated and hardworking teacher from the beginning became the Manager of the school in 1948. Sri. V. Damodharan Nair was the headmaster during the period. Sri. Sankaragupthan master who was teacher since 1940 became the headmaster in 1943. He played a vital role in the progress of the school. After his retirement Sri. KE Sivasankara menon took the charge of Headmaster. We had the affiliation upto fifth standard during the time. We can't forget the sincere service of the former teachers like KT Baklakrishnan Nair, VP Govindha menon. Chakrapani Pisharody and AP Madhavi Podhuvalsiar, These teachers, headmasters and managers made the foundation of this school yery strong. In 1954 Madathil Madhavan Madhavan master became the Manager of the school With the strong support of his father Nagari Narayanan Namboothiri and his elder brother Madathil Narayanan Nair he could leadthe school into remarkable progress. Madhavan master, with his hard work dedication and foresight made the school No. one in the District. Our school got affiliation for UP Section in 1968 and High school section in 1979. We celebrated the golden Jubilee in 1976 in a grand manner. Our former Education Minister Sri.Chakkeeri Ahammed kutty was the chief guest. He assured that he will do his best to upgrade the school to Highschool level soon. Sri. AP Hamza Ex. MLA, Sri AP. Unnikrishnapodhuvaal Master, Sri Sukumarannunni Ex. MLA, Sri OMC Vasudevan Namboothiripad and Sri. KK Bhaskaran Nair worked very hard to make this dream a reality. In 1979 the school was upgraded to high school. In 1981 Sri. K Narayanankuttymaster who was a teacher of BEM School, became the headmaster of our school. This was another mile stone in the history of our school. The school got remarkable achievements in sports arts and science festivals. We have conducted Sub District youth festival and District Youth festival. Sri Narayanakutty master got State Teachers award in 1990 and National Teachers award in 1996 as the token of appreciation for his remarkable and excellent leadership and endeavours. He raised the fame of our school to the National level and the SSLC Result to 99 Percentage

In 1996 Sri. Madhavan master passed away. It was a great loss. After that his wife Sri. Santhakumari Teacher became the Manager of the school. In 1997 Sri. Devassia Master became the Headmaster. 10th April 2003 was a milestone in the history of Pallikurup School. School was handovered to Sabari Charitable Trust under the auspicious leadershi of Sri. Shashikumar P. Sabari Charitable Trust Chairman Sri. Shashikumar sir, Sri. Sreekumar, Manager Sri Muraleedharan an trying with great interest to improve the physical condition of the school and raise the standard of education.LKG and UKG classes are functioning as a model.

Our students got a golden opportunity to visit Delhi. The programme was sponsored by our hon. M P. Mr.Sreekandan and our beloved chairman Sri Shashikumar. 22 students and 6 teachers were there in the group. It was a blessing for our students to visit various places and administrative head quarters in Delhi..They visited Rashtrapathi bhavan, Loksabha, Rajyasabha.., Tajmahal, Agra, Indira Gandhi museum etc.... It was a lifetime memory for them
